1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are generally borne by the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. The flat shipping rate is CHF 7.- and is charged once per order. This amount is displayed in the shopping cart. For orders exceeding CHF 100.-, shipping costs are waived.
1.2 Delivery Days & Address Changes
We can only deliver our products from Monday to Friday (excluding public and legal holidays). Once you have placed an order, you generally cannot change the delivery address. If you wish to modify the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible via the following link.
1.3 Delivery Time
The delivery time is approximately 1-3 business days. The actual delivery date of a product depends on product availability, the delivery address you provided, and whether we have received your payment.
1.4 Delivery Conditions & Special Circumstances
You must inform us via the following link before the agreed delivery date if there are any special circumstances that may affect the delivery. This includes, without exception, all factors related to accessibility: on the way to your delivery address (e.g., low bridges, narrow streets, etc.) and/or at your delivery address itself (e.g., small doors, narrow hallways, stairs, etc.). Please carefully consider whether any of these factors apply to you.
1.5 Additional Delivery Fees & Limitations
You may be required to pay additional shipping fees if:
- You attempt to change the delivery address after the package has already been dispatched; and/or
- You fail to inform us of important delivery-related circumstances.
Although we make every effort, we cannot guarantee delivery, and we reserve the right to refuse delivery to a specific location within a building at our sole discretion.
If your order includes goods subject to age restrictions, we ensure, through a reliable process including personal identity and age verification, that the buyer meets the required minimum age. The delivery person will only hand over the goods after a successful age verification and exclusively to the buyer in person.
Risk and ownership transfer to the buyer upon dispatch of the goods.
2. Right of Withdrawal / Money-Back Guarantee
2.1 Transparent Product Descriptions
Our offers are described in detail and transparently on the website www.greenpassion.ch. The buyer can review them thoroughly and without time pressure.
2.2 Withdrawal Rights for Consumers
If you are acting as a consumer, you may revoke your contract declaration within 14 days without stating reasons, either in written form (e.g., letter or email) or by returning the goods. The withdrawal period begins the day after you have received the goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice or the goods in a timely manner.

Please note that we cannot accept or refund opened/unsealed products for legal reasons.
2.3 Refund Process
Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price. You must bear the return shipping costs unless the delivered goods differ from your original order.
3. Warranty
3.1 Obligation to Inspect and Report Defects
The buyer must inspect the delivered goods as soon as possible and immediately report any defects. Hidden defects can also be reported after the goods have been put into operation or used. Making a payment does not waive the right to file a defect claim.
3.2 Buyer’s Rights in Case of Defects
If a defect is present, the buyer may choose one of the following remedies:
- Free repair of the defect
- A price reduction corresponding to the reduced value
- Withdrawal from the contract
- A replacement delivery
The buyer’s right to claim damages remains unaffected in all cases.
4. Payment Methods
4.1 Prepayment
You can select the "Prepayment" option on the order form and transfer the amount in CHF after order confirmation to our account. Please transfer the amount specified in your order confirmation, using your order number as a reference, to the following account:

Once we have received your payment, the ordered goods will be shipped.
4.2 Purchase on Account (with Installment Option)
MF Group offers the payment method "Purchase on Account" as an external payment service provider. With the invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase within 30 days. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month.
Approval of the invoice payment option is subject to a positive credit check by MF Group. The maximum order value for purchase on account is CHF 500.- per customer/order.
Upon completion of the purchase contract, MF Group assumes the invoiced claim and handles the corresponding payment transactions. By choosing to purchase on account, you also accept MF Group’s terms and conditions (mfgroup.ch/de/agb).
4.3 Partial Payment Option
If no prepayment agreement has been made for an order where you pay the remaining balance at a later date (as indicated on the website or communicated by phone when placing your order), you must pay the full purchase price for the ordered products.
Unless otherwise agreed, we will not ship the ordered products until we have received the full payment. For bank transfers, transaction fees must always be borne by the sender.
4.4 Payments via Debit/Credit Card & PostFinance e-Payment
All payment transactions may be subject to validity and authorization checks by your bank or us (whereby we may engage third parties to conduct these checks in accordance with our privacy policy). If your credit card provider does not approve the payment, we are not responsible for delays or the rejection of your order.
Customer payments in the Green Passion online shop take place in a secure environment, with encrypted data transmission. Green Passion GmbH assumes no liability for the security of the transmission or the transmitted data.
4.5 Rejected Payments & Recovery of Goods
If, for any reason, a payment is rejected after we have already shipped the product(s), we have the right to claim payment from you or recover the product(s). We may charge you for the costs incurred in retrieving the product(s) or demand further payment.
4.6 Retention of Ownership
All ordered products remain our property and do not transfer into your ownership until we have received full payment for the product(s).
