How your application works with us
Four stages, each building on the last. No black-box process: you always know where you stand and what comes next.
01 Phone interview
A short, easy-going chat. We get to know each other and clarify the key points, openly and without pressure.

The classic job interview. We talk about your skills and your expectations of the open position.
approx. 45 min.03 Hands-on simulation
A case study or conversation simulation based on real situations from your future day-to-day work. That way we see how you really work.
approx. 30 min.04 Trial day
Half a day live with the team. You work alongside us, ask questions and get a real feel for what it's like to work at Green Passion.
