As a rule, only registered business customers with verified company details can place orders. Accounts are activated after a short review by our team.

Click on “B2B registration” in the shop and fill out the form completely. We'll check your details and usually activate your account within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

There are no minimum order quantities – you decide for yourself how much you want to buy.

All prices in the B2B shop are net prices excl. VAT. Your individual dealer conditions are displayed automatically after logging in.

We ship all orders via PostPac Priority with Swiss Post. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.

 

The flat shipping fee is CHF 7.- and is generally charged once per order and shown in the cart.

 

For orders worth CHF 500.- or more, delivery is made by Post Signature. This ensures that the goods are only handed over against the recipient's signature, guaranteeing safe delivery.

From an order value of CHF 200.-, delivery is free for you and you don't have to pay any shipping costs.

No, we only deliver within Switzerland.

At checkout, you can choose between the payment methods «Purchase on invoice» and «Prepayment». With «Purchase on invoice», the payment term is 14 days.

As long as your order hasn't been packed yet, it can be changed or cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible to do so. Once the order is in the shipping process, changes are no longer possible.

As a buyer, you have the right to complain about defective goods within 7 days of receipt. After consulting with you, we will then either send a replacement or refund the purchase price.

On request, we'll be happy to send you all product images and product descriptions by email.

Yes, we provide you with various marketing materials. Just send us a request via the corresponding form.
