Unhulled organic hemp seeds from Green Passion are whole hemp seeds with the shell, with a nutty taste and 25% protein content. They contain a complete amino acid profile, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, as well as more fiber than hulled seeds. Vegan, organic-certified, without additives.

Unhulled hemp seeds have, with the shell, a slightly lower protein content (25%) than hulled kernels (32%), but a higher fiber content. The shell gives a crunchier bite and a slightly nutty flavor of its own. Both contain omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids as well as a complete amino acid profile. Unhulled seeds are better suited for baking and as a crunchy topping.

Unhulled organic hemp seeds work great as a topping in smoothies, salads, and bowls, as an add-in for yogurt, muesli, and porridge, and as an extra for baking and cooking. The crunchy shell also makes them a good snack. The big 500g pack is ideal if you use them regularly.
