Organic hemp seed oil from Green Passion is a cold-pressed vegetable oil made from certified organic hemp seeds with a mild, nutty taste. It stands out thanks to an optimal ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids (1:3) as well as a high content of alpha-linolenic acid. The oil is vegan, organic-certified, and without additives.

Organic hemp seed oil contains essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in an optimal 1:3 ratio – a value most plant oils don’t reach. On top of that, it’s rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential omega-3 fatty acid that your body can’t produce on its own. The oil is also rich in vitamin E.

Organic hemp seed oil is ideal for cold dishes: as a salad dressing, dip, ingredient in smoothies, to refine soups, sauces, and yogurt. You shouldn’t heat it up, because high temperatures destroy the delicate fatty acids. 250 ml is enough for many weeks of regular use.

Organic hemp seed oil is pressed from the seeds of the hemp plant and doesn’t contain any relevant amounts of CBD or THC – these cannabinoids are mainly found in the flowers and leaves, not in the seeds. It’s a pure food product and completely legal. It has no psychoactive effect.

Store organic hemp seed oil in the fridge after opening and use it within 4–6 weeks. The oil is sensitive to light and heat – direct sunlight and heat can oxidize the fatty acids and affect the taste. Store unopened in a cool, dark place.
