Delivery and payment terms

1. Terms of Delivery and Payment

Attention: We currently only deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

1.1 Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are generally borne by the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. The flat-rate delivery charge is CHF 7 and is generally charged once per order and is shown in the shopping cart. From a minimum order value of CHF 100, the delivery costs are waived.

1.2 We can only deliver our products between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays). Once you have placed an order, you can no longer change the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible using the following link.

1.3 The delivery period is approximately 1-3 working days. The actual delivery date of a product depends on whether the product is in stock and on the delivery address you have given us. It also depends on whether we have received your payment.

1.4 You must inform us via the link below before the agreed delivery date if there are certain circumstances at your premises that are relevant to the delivery. These are, without exception, all factors relating to access: On the way to your delivery address (e.g. low bridges, narrow streets, etc.) and/or at your delivery address itself (e.g. small doors, narrow passages, steps, etc.). Please consider carefully whether you have any such factors.

1.5 You may be required to pay additional delivery charges if:
You attempt to change the delivery address after the parcel has already been dispatched to you; and/or;
you fail to notify us of any special circumstances that are important to the delivery.
Although we make every effort to do so, we cannot guarantee anything and we may reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel delivery of the product to a particular address within a building at the delivery address.
Where your order includes goods that are subject to age restrictions, we will ensure that the customer is of the required age by using a reliable process involving personal identity and age verification. The deliverer will only hand over the goods after an age check has been carried out and only to the customer personally.
Benefit and risk are transferred to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

2. Right of Withdrawal / Money-back Guarantee

2.1 Our offers are described in detail and transparently on the website www.greenpassion.ch. The customer can inform himself about these in detail and without time pressure.

2.2 If you are acting as a consumer, you can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter or e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins on the day after you have received the goods. Timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.
The revocation must be sent – stating the corresponding payment details for the repayment of the purchase price – to:

Please note that we cannot take back or refund products that have already been opened/unsealed for legal reasons.

2.3 As soon as we receive the goods back, we will refund the purchase price. You must bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those originally ordered.

3 Warranty

3.1 The buyer must inspect the delivered goods as quickly as possible and report any defects immediately. Hidden defects may still be claimed even after the goods have been put into operation or used. The making of payments shall not be deemed to be a waiver of notification of defects.

3.2 In the event of a defect, the Buyer shall have the option of demanding rectification of the defect free of charge, making a deduction from the price corresponding to the reduced value, withdrawing from the contract or obtaining a replacement delivery. The right of the buyer to demand compensation remains reserved in all cases.

4. Payment


4.1 Prepayment
You can select the “Prepayment” option on the order form and transfer the amount in CHF to our account after order confirmation. Please transfer the amount listed in your order confirmation in the corresponding currency to our account below, stating your order number. Fees must always be borne by the customer:

The ordered goods will be dispatched after receipt of your payment.

4.2 Purchase on account (with installment facility)
As an external payment service provider, MF Group offers the payment method “purchase on account”. With the order invoice, you can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice, payable within 30 days. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order overview in the following month. The payment option on account is granted subject to a positive credit check by MF Group. The maximum order value for purchase on account is CHF 500 per customer/order.
Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, MF Group shall assume the invoice amount due and process the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept the GTC of MF Group in addition to our GTC. (mfgroup.ch/en/agb).

4.3 Unless a deposit has been agreed with you for an order for a Product(s) where you pay the difference in the purchase price of the Product(s) ordered at a later date (which will be displayed on the Website or notified to you over the telephone when you place the order), you must make payment in full for the Product(s) ordered for all orders. Unless otherwise agreed, we will not dispatch the product(s) ordered until we have received payment in full. In the case of bank transfers, the charges must be borne in full by the sender.

4.4 Payments by debit or credit card and by PostFinance e-Payment: All payment transactions may be subject to validation and authorization, either by your bank or by us (whereby we may engage third parties to carry out such authorization in accordance with our Privacy Policy). If your credit card provider does not make or authorize the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or refusal to accept the order. Customer payments in the greenpassion.ch online store are made in a protected area in which the data is transmitted in encrypted form. Green Passion GmbH cannot accept any liability for the security of the transmission and the transmitted data.

4.5 If for any reason a payment is rejected after we have already dispatched our Product(s), we have the right to recover payment from you or reclaim the relevant Product(s) from you. We may charge you for our costs incurred in recovering the Product(s) or insist on further payment.

4.6 All products ordered remain our property and will not become your property until we have received the full purchase price for the product.
